Day 01: Coimbatore - Corniche Inn
On arrival in Coimbatore airport, our representative will meet and assist for your transfer to Corniche Inn resort.

Rest of the day at leisure. Over night at Corniche Inn resort.

Day 02:Corniche Inn
On this day of hair fall remedies, after the Breakfast let us start the Herbal Hair Treatments. Our Herbal Hair Treatments will be as follows:

Our massager will Place a couple of drops of the Herbal oil in your palms and rub them together. Then take your dry hair and massage the small amount of oil to the ends first and work toward the scalp. Wrap your hair in plastic, and then in a warm towel.

Leave for 30 minutes. We will play a mild music. You can enjoy the music of your favourite songs 30 minutes.Atfer a 30 minutes Wash out your hair by using a shampoo suited for your hair.

Take a deep Sleep. In evening go for a walking around the resort.

Day 03: Corniche Inn
Next day for hair fall remedies, we will proceed towards a best Head Massage combined with herbal hair treatments . Quiet place is ideal for the head massage. You can enjoy the silence in the Resort with out any distractions. Have your volunteer take a seat and get comfortable. And we will explain how we are doing; Tell us the recipient to notify you of any discomfort or pain. Stand behind, placing your hands lightly on the shoulders as you both take a several deep breaths.
Massage the shoulders:

Squeeze the trapezius muscle gently. Start close to the neck and work your way outward to the shoulder.

Repeat this three times, allowing the pressure to increase with each pass.

Bring our hands back up next to the neck with the thumbs extended, and make small circles with the thumbs on either side of the backbone just below the collar line.

We will continue with the circles up the back of the neck until we reach the hair line. We are going to repeat this for 2 more times.

Then massage your forearms at the sides of the neck and roll those outwards toward the shoulder by rotating at the wrists. Lift your forearms and move them a couple of inches away from the neck and repeat. When you reach the shoulder, come back to center and repeat two more times.

Step back behind our volunteer and loosen your hair if it is restrained. Bring our hands, with fingers spread, to the sides of the head, fingers pointing up. Use a light pressure and slowly move the hands up with a shampooing like motion, trying to keep the heel of the hands in contact with the scalp as well as the fingers. Once we reach the top of the head, allow the fingers to rise off while maintaining a gentle traction from the heels of the hands. Now lower our hands down and move them around to a different area of the head. Repeat 4 or 5 times, covering the entire scalp.

We will keep one hand to the volunteer's forehead for stability as you place the heel of the other hand in contact with back of the head. Begin rubbing the scalp by moving our rear hand vigorously back and forth. Continue rubbing as much of the scalp as we can reach, and then switch hands and repeat on the other side.

Briskly rub the scalp all over with just the fingertips of both hands. Continue this for about a minute.

Let the final strokes draw their head back slightly and then lay the fingers over the forehead and draw the fingers down and along the brow line to each temple, making small circles over the temples. Repeat this process 3 times.

Finish with smooth strokes beginning at the forehead and slowly working way to the back of the head. Do this for about a minute, allowing the pressure to become lighter towards the end, until finally hands float off the head. Your head Massage is over.

At the time of your massage, the room will be contains lamps or candles to have a warm ambiance that is not too bright and not too dark, and to bring a nice aroma to the room.

After an head massage you are likely to feel great, relaxed, serene, ache-free, clear-headed, ready to tackle that important report for work, run the children ragged round the park, or fall asleep immediately, you can get a deep sleep after this relaxation treatments .

Day 04 - Corniche Inn
Once the previous days relaxation treatments is over, today also we are going to repeat the Head Massage along with some technical machinery aids.

Day 05 - Corniche Inn
Today is the end of all relaxation treatments. After breakfast, check out and proceed to Coimbatore. On arrival, our representative will assist for your transfer to Airport / Railway station for connecting your flight / train to onwards destination with happy memories.
